SHIPPING
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Domestic and Belgium orders are shipped with POSTNL. International orders are shipped with USPS. When your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with a personal tracking code. Orders will be packed and shipped within 1-3 working days.
International orders can be tracked here
Store pick ups are ready in store the same day. Purchased items can be picked up at our store

SHIPPING COSTS
- Store pick up: Free
- The Netherlands: €6,95 (Free shipping on orders > €100) Delivery: 1-3 days.
- EU: €15 - €20 (Depends on the country you live, Free shipping on orders > €200) Delivery: 2 - 7 days.
- Outside EU: €35 (Free shipping on orders > €250*) Delivery: tba.
* For deliveries to countries outside of the EU: Please note that we may charge extra shipping fees if more than one item is ordered. In the case of standard shipping, this will be €10 per extra item.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you have the right to return/exchange your product within 14 days of receiving the goods. Products must be returned in unused condition, all original packaging, price tags, etc. as received. Orders returned within 14 days after you've received your order are eligible for a full refund. Orders returned after this period are refunded as a store credit. You can also return your purchased items at one of our stores (with a filled in return form). Please note: returns are for own account.
